Vicky Foods, a multi-brand food company found on four continents, celebrates its 70th anniversary at Alimentaria with a commemorative logo and the unveiling of appealing new products, in line with its commitment to diversification and innovation.

In this sense, Vicky Foods hopes the fair will be the showcase for Be Plus, an innovative project that it has been developing with the Polytechnic University of Valencia which combines the latest advances in nutritional genetics. The brand is growing and in this edition presents its Active, Figure and Protect Smoothies, new varieties of Kefir Water in kiwi & apple and watermelon & hibiscus flavours; peanut and cocoa butters, “100% peanut” and “100% almond”, and its desserts with collagen.

As for Dulcesol, in this edition it is highlighting the vintage Pandorino, the brand’s tribute to the original recipe of this product it is bringing back on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of its launch. Another Dulcesol novelty is its assortment of croissants filled with a smooth milk and hazelnut cream. In addition, the brand is extending the Dulcesol Black range with the addition of a chocolate and butter brownie. Finally, it is launching a new sales option for its classic Chapelas.

Hermanos Juan also has new items. The frozen pastry brand is introducing mini butter-flavoured palmiers, Puff Pastry Rolls, and a new cinnamon sponge cake, which joins the sugar and cocoa item it already has.
