On the other hand, the regional distributors have a differential and complementary model that is committed to fresh products, as well as to the breadth and depth of the assortment as a value proposition. However, the search for differentiation as a survival strategy and as an alternative to price must respond to the key trends demanded by consumers: health, sustainability and convenience.
