Martínez Somalo has developed a new range of healthy extruded meat products with paprika, with a high protein content, low in sodium, and hypocaloric with functional activity through the incorporation of active compounds with different specific functionalities The result obtained is the LAS JACINTAS product range, which is an extruded product made from cured ham and seasoned with paprika. The appearance is similar to fresh pasta, juicy with easy chewing and swallowing.
