Guimarana, the food brand of healthy and sustainable products, which produces vegan, organic, MSG and allergen-free products, presents three new seasonings at the Alimentaria fair. These novelties are added to a family that also includes broths, and stands out for offering faithful recreations of meat, fish and dairy flavours, among others.
In this edition of the fair, Guimarana surprises with imaginative flavours. Has anyone ever wondered what a T-Rex tastes like? The brand does, and has created “Bacon T-REX”, which recreates the taste of bacon and adds Tex Mex nuances such as spiciness. It also presents Cholizo, another seasoning reminiscent of the best Iberian chorizo, based on the recipe of the company’s president, Cholo. The triad is completed by Quexote, which recreates the flavour of cured cheese.
In addition to the new products, Guimarana has a line of vegetable pâtés that include flavours of traditional sausages such as black pudding and sobrassada, made from dried fruits, and a line of low-sugar jams with flavours as originals as rose petals, tricolour ratatouille, or wood-roasted yellow pepper.
Guimarana is one of the finalists in the “Food & Hospitality Startup Revolution” competition to be held during Alimentaria and Hostelco 2022.
