Change of image and logo, and new compostable packaging made of sugar cane bagasse and bioplastic from corn waste

Biopostres, a small family business set up in 2003 to manufacture organic desserts, is coming to Alimentaria 2022 with a completely renewed line of organic biscuits, cookies and doughnuts.

Change of graphic line, logo and, most importantly in the ecological sector, with new packaging, totally recyclable and compostable: the tray is made of sugar cane bagasse and the flowpack, bioplastic made from corn waste. The company thus reinforces its commitment to the environment.

The new packaging also establishes a chromatic differentiation according to the type of flour from which the product is made (wheat, spelt, carob, oats and corn). On the outside, the packaging clearly incorporates information about allergies, lactose, sugars, fibre, etc. And for those who want to find out more about the ingredients, a QR code with additional information has been added.

New on the outside, but the same on the inside. This is the Biopostres line of biscuits, doughnuts and cookies with 12 varieties of different flavours (with chocolate chips, almond, seeds, blueberries and apple, turmeric, ginger and walnuts…) and with five different types of flour (wheat, spelt, carob, oats and corn). All flours are 100% organic wholemeal, and extra virgin olive oil is the only fat used. They contain neither palm oil nor lactose.
