Among the four proposals for this typical dessert, the perfect fusion of sweet and savoury stands out with Salted Caramel Cheesecake. It is a layer of light caramel cheesecake on a crunchy dark cocoa crumb base, topped with salted caramel sauce and crunchy dark chocolate chips.
On the other hand, the new Carrot Cake Meets Cheesecream Erlenbacher combines two American classics and fills a juicy carrot and walnut cake with a cream cheese spread. After baking, the whole cake is covered with a cream cheese glaze and caramelised walnuts. The strands of yellow icing add an even more original touch to this cake.
And because two is twice as good, Erlenbacher has also created Cheesecake Topped Apple: a crispy crumb base with a creamy cheesecake filling refined with a hint of cinnamon in combination with a light cheesecake. To top it all off, freshly peeled apple slices, cinnamon sugar, and a fruity glaze.
