Illy crema coffee granita and iIly Cold Brew 100% Arabica blend cold brew are the two new summer launches for the Horeca channel

Illycaffè, the first coffee company to obtain BCorp certification, has created a unique space for Alimentaria where visitors can experience first-hand the brand’s aesthetic and sensory experience with its unique 100% Arabica blend as the star attraction.

Visitors to the fair will be able to enjoy an espresso prepared on the spot by Aleksander Krneta, barista trainer at the Università del Caffè at the brand’s stand and discover all the services and products offered by illycaffè.

Illy will present its new products for the Horeca Channel for this summer 2022: illy crema, its coffee slushie, and the illy Cold Brew recipe. The latter is an infusion of the unique illy 100% Arabica blend cold-brewed for 12 hours, which preserves all the aromas and enhances the flavour without adding sugars or preservatives. A formula to drink in a ready to drink can or freshly brewed with the Blade machine.

Illy is also focusing on the office channel and is bringing to the fair its new range of illy Smart capsule machines, for small and medium-sized companies; the Royal Saeco by Illy, for coffee beans, and the M6.m and FasT400 machines for large companies. For the food sector, Illy will showcase its range of home products such as coffee machines, accessories, instant coffee and home formats.

During the fair, the brand will perform two acrobatic cocktail shows with Italian bartender Giorgio Facchinetti, presenting some innovative recipes with the illy Cold Brew.
