Although its speciality is cured sausage, Splendid Foods has been committed for years to eco, organic and organic products through the Viubé brand. Founded in 2011, it stands out for its slow-growing chickens and turkeys, raised in the wild on organic feed.
The animals are processed in its new facilities dedicated exclusively to organic production, with cutting rooms, fresh and IQF frozen processing. In their kitchen they prepare pre-prepared and pre-cooked dishes. Casa Duran, another Splendid Foods brand, has specialised in the production of sausages since 1946. Faithful to its aim of bringing the most suitable sausage to each table, the brand is bringing products from its three ranges to the fair: the traditional range, with the traditional fuet and longaniza sausage; the allergen-free range for those who need a special diet, and the Urban Picnic, designed for eating and sharing at any time. All this as well as Casa Sendra’s salami, which since 1849 has brought together the know-how of the best artisans of this product.
