Healthy and organic cuisine

Organic, zero kilometre, and dehydrated products for a project that is committed to rural repopulation and sustainability

UMAI Gourmet, a family business founded in 2019, is showing at Alimentaria its raison d’être: to reinterpret and recover, with a fresh and innovative look, the ancestral culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, focusing on healthy cuisine with preserves and pâtés of vegetable origin.

The result is UMAI Gourmet 5º sabor, a catalogue that invites you to enjoy intense yet delicate flavours, the result of applying innovation to organic products. Among the ingredients that UMAI uses are salt from the Huelva marshes, local aromatic herbs, and spices from native and fair trade countries.

The zero-kilometre, totally dehydrated products are the key differentiating factor in all its 100% vegan products, among which the jams stand out with original proposals: Dracul, made from dehydrated Swet Palermo pepper with tarragon; Notting Hill, an eco-jam made from dehydrated cucumber with mint; and Red Duarf, made from dehydrated tomato with basil. Special attention should be given to its range of pâtés, with specialities such as Ghost, dehydrated aubergine pâté with sunflower seeds and chives, or its City of Angels, 100% vegan sobrassada. An offer in which organic tomatoes in bio-oil could not be missing.

The canned and dehydrated products of UMAI Gourmet 5º sabor have joined the select range of the Spanish Association of Luxury and, since 2020, have formed part of a new range of products.
