Two varieties of oat biscuits and a multigrain spelt loaf are the three most outstanding new products that Biocop, a pioneer in the production and distribution of organic products in Spain, is taking to Alimentaria. In addition, the company offers several products from other brands that it distributes and that are adapted to the new food trends.
Biocop has a range of 12 varieties of biscuits, including its two latest additions: oat flakes and cinnamon biscuits, and whole oat and fruit biscuits, with 34% flakes and apple and sultanas as a natural sweetener. In its selection of bakery products, Biocop highlights its new multigrain spelt wheat loaf, a soft loaf, made with sourdough yeast and spelt wheat, rye and oat flours, with a touch of sunflower seeds.
Le pain des fleurs is one of the flagship brands that Biocop distributes in Spain and stands out for its “free from” proposal in bakery products. Among its top products are lentil chips (with and without onions) and chickpea chips (with and without rosemary), made gluten-free and vegan-friendly. Another 100% vegan proposal are the creams from La vida vegan (chocolate with and without hazelnuts, dark chocolate and white coconut creams with or without rice protein), as well as the line of low-sugar mueslis from Barnhouse, a pioneering brand in the manufacture of organic cereals.
The Biocop stand will also be stocked with organic canned vegetables and olives from Bio Orgánica Italia, made from ingredients grown in the open air on more than 220 hectares of certified land in Puglia.
