Biography
Senegalese chef trained at the Bambylor Gastronomic School. Already in Spain since 2007 he works in kitchens of hotels such as Regente Hotels, Covadonga, Lugano and HCC TABER. Since 2016, he works at HAWKER 45 under the direction of Chef Laila Bazahm.
