The need to certify halal throughout the whole production chain means that companies have to find suppliers of all kinds of certified halal food ingredients (dyes ....) This growing need has led many companies to have to develop a R&D consistent with the halal certification of the final product. And there are many companies that have opened new lines of business due to the development of this type of ingredient.
