Oriol has a degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from the Basque Culinary Center. We highlight his time in restaurants such as Blau Gat (Barcelona), Lluerna (Sta.Coloma de Gramanet) and Calima (Marbella). Currently chef and co-owner of Theory.
