Biography
Sandra begins her training at Institut Paul Bocuse, Lyon. She directs her apprenticeship towards pastry alongside Philippe Rigollot, world champion and MOF. In 2013, she joins the team of instructors at l'Ecole Valrhona as pastry chef Valrhona Spain.
