From the tradition of the ready-to-bake “stuffed” bread roll to the vegan and 0 km artisan Croka

Petricor Alimentarias, a company based in Lardero (La Rioja) and specialised in the production of bread and fresh bakery and pastry products, is presenting at Alimentaria a new product developed and industrialised under the Bokatta brand: a “stuffed” bread roll in five varieties. This reference product for food retailers and historically in demand in traditional bakeries, is distributed ready to bake briefly before its final consumption.

In its search for innovative alternatives adapted to the current trend in the consumption of ready meals, Petricor Alimentarias presents, together with Esvisa Foods, its artisan Crocka, with a thin, crunchy dough and a topping of fresh vegetables from La Rioja. This ready-made dish is a vegan product, 100% natural and without additives, made with 0 km raw materials.

In addition to these products and in line with the company’s search for original, natural and local alternatives, Esvisa Foods is also presenting a new range of premium Naturacci pizzas. In addition to this proposal, another line of premium stuffed bagels has been launched, the Serrana and the Iberian, made with glass bread, under the Trigal brand.
