Upfield Professional presents at Alimentaria the new products of Violife, its allergen-free and 100% vegan range for the catering industry. This line, designed to adapt recipes to the needs of people with lactose and gluten intolerances, as well as for vegetarians and vegans, makes the leap into sweetness with the launch of three new cocoa, caramel and cheese flavoured creams.
The ingredients of these three new products can be used as the basis for all kinds of sweet recipes, from sauces, mousses, doughs, pies, fillings and decorations to drinks, dips and ice cream, among others.
The Violife range, created in 2021, has several cheese alternatives in different sizes and flavours: mozzarella and cheddar flavoured slices, mozzarella and original flavoured shredded cheese and the mozzarella or cheddar flavoured block.
The three new creams are part of this free-from commitment with three proposals that do not contain nuts or soya and that, like the rest of the products in the family, are free of allergens, palm oil and preservatives, as well as being 100% vegan. All products are also Halal and Kosher certified, so that they cover all special diets.
