Refreshing white chocolate-filled triangles with lime and lemon or gluten-free dark chocolate triangles

Trias Galetes-Biscuits, a company dedicated to the manufacture of biscuits since 1908, arrives at Alimentaria with its traditional recipes and its commitment to continuous innovation. In this edition, the company presents its two new “Ventalls” formats: the white chocolate-filled triangles with lime and lemon and the gluten-free pack filled with dark chocolate.

Both specialities are based on its traditional “Ventalls”, a very crispy triangular-shaped biscuit. With the Lemon and Lime Triangle, Trias Galetes-Biscuits innovates in its search for new refreshing flavours for these biscuits and expands a family that includes other original varieties such as turmeric, matcha, chocolate mojito or orange triangles, among others.

The other new product, the gluten-free dark chocolate triangle, expands the Triabé range of healthy biscuits, which until now included gluten-free and sugar-free assorted biscuits.

With over a hundred years of history, Trias Galetes Biscuits stands out for its loyalty to a biscuit-making tradition based on a unique production process with natural ingredients, without the use of additives or colourings.
