The ARTY collection has been designed as a true work of art: chocolate croissants and pains au chocolat with a modern, uniform appearance and pure lines.

The 75 g croissant has a unique, modern and pyramidal shape, offering a thin and delicate outer flaky pastry, well-defined layers and a silky crumb.

The 85 g chocolate pain au chocolat is short, wide and voluminous thanks to a special fold, and has a modern puff pastry. An exquisite recipe with 20% more chocolate inside compared to the other pains au chocolat in the collection on the same weight basis.

Éclat du Terroir products are the result of an exclusive Bridor recipe, kept secret since its creation, characterized by the use of pure butter, a gentle and progressive rolling of the dough and long resting phases, which give the puff pastry an exceptional quality. in texture and flavour, with a natural aromatic richness and an intense caramel final note.
