The meat product and by-product trade show will once again be the largest area of the forthcoming Alimentaria, set to take place from 18 to 21 March at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Vía venue. With more business representation than ever before, Intercarn 2024 will also welcome a greater number of large international hosted buyers from strategic markets for the meat industry.
Hostelco, the International Trade Show for Catering, Hospitality and Collectivities Equipment and Machinery, and Restaurama, the Alimentaria show aimed at the Horeca and Foodservice channels, are merging their offers to consolidate their position as a flagship European event for the sector. Thus, next March, within the framework of Alimentaria, they will integrate a highly cross-cutting range of equipment, food and beverages with 600 exhibitors.

The international Food, Drinks and Food Service trade show organised by Alimentaria Exhibitions, a Fira de Barcelona company, has launched its preparations for the next event, set to take place from 12 to 15 March 2024 at Gran Via venue in Barcelona. Together with the Hostelco exhibition, it will once again constitute the leading platform in the market for distribution and hospitality and do so at an event that’s expected to break records in terms of its international reach.
From April 4 to 7, 2022, Alimentaria's most exclusive space brought together a dozen elite gas-tronomic firms. Alimentaria Premium 2022 increased its exhibition space by nearly 50% com-pared to the previous edition to accommodate a greater offer of delicatessen products and cover new demand segments, such as the most sustainable ranges. The participating companies rec-orded a greater number of visits from quality international buyers compared to previous editions.

Nearly 3,000 companies are attending a much-anticipated edition of Alimentaria and Hostelco to present their best offerings and contribute to boosting business, internationalisation and the reactivation of strategic sectors for the Spanish economy.
With just over a month to go, Intercarn, Alimentaria's meat and meat products show, has already taken up all the commercial space available. The sector, which is confirmed as the main business and internationalisation platform for the Spanish meat industry, will bring together more than 200 exhibitors and will occupy more than 14,000 m² net, thus consolidating itself as the largest area of the entire event.
More than 30 renowned chefs will showcase the excellence of Spanish gastronomy at the next edition of Alimentaria & Hostelco, which will take place from 4th to 7th April at Fira de Barcelona's Gran Vía exhibition venue.
