The Alimentaria Hub is the nerve centre of the exhibition, a large space full of knowledge, trends, innovation and business for industry, distribution and retail.

This space hosts congresses, seminars, conferences, awards ceremonies and study presentations around six main themes (Innovation (R&D&I) and the value of brands+Brands; Nutrition, Health and Wellness; Internationalisation and Globalisation; Distribution and Retail; Marketing and Communication and 360º sustainability) in which more than 200 speakers take part.

In addition, The Alimentaria Hub has networking areas, advisory services for exports, partners with experience in different areas of the industry’s value chain and an area for professionals and investors to discover startups with projects designed to revolutionise food and gastronomy through technology.
