Pakata from Le Monde des Crepes

Le Monde des Crepes presents the Pakata concept, the crepe that is eaten in a cardboard cone

Instructions for folding a crepe

In a market of healthy snacking options that is not very varied, Le Monde des Crepes has created the Pakata concept, a crepe that is eaten folded in a cardboard cone. Aimed at the fast food sector, cafes and bakeries, it is accompanied by a complete kit that includes instructions for use and a QR code with trendy, varied, balanced and easy-to-prepare recipes, cold or hot in an accelerated cooking oven.

The prestigious French brand is committed to a new product that pays tribute to its origins, since pakata means packaging in Breton, and advocates healthy cuisine made with local ingredients. The original crepe has a light, pleasant texture that is easy to work with thanks to its egg-rich composition.

Although the Pakata recipes are inspired by the ideas of culinary consultant William Truong, Le Monde des Crepes encourages restaurateurs and hoteliers to be creative, keeping in mind some simple rules about the ingredients essential for the success of the innovative concept: make it spreadable, rich in vegetables, proteins and seasoning, and including cheese so that it melts when heating the crepe.

Pakara is offered together with a steel stand, with capacity for four or six units, in order to facilitate its presentation on the counter.
