Talent on the Rise: From the 2030 Strategy to Real Action

Based on the 2030 Strategy document promoted by the Spanish Ministry of Tourism together with the National Tourism Council, this roundtable analyzes the main proposals to attract, engage, retain, and train talent in HORECA. Beyond the institutional framework, the discussion will focus on the real feasibility of these actions and the active role the sector must play to stimulate their implementation, turn them into effective practices, and strengthen the long-term competitiveness of tourism and hospitality.
