ARTiPASTA debuts at Alimentaria to showcase the potential of fresh, hand-crafted pasta as a source of culinary creativity on restaurant menus. The small artisan kitchen in Calella (Barcelona) crafts ravioli, cannelloni, lasagna, gnocchi, spaghetti, tagliatelle, and pappardelle, using carefully selected ingredients and a hands-on approach tailored to each chef, resulting in distinctive creations that elevate everyday cuisine.
