Original guacamole, made from an authentic South American recipe, and avocado pulp made solely from fresh fruit, are the new frozen solutions that Global Food Link is launching at Alimentaria for the retail sector.

Made from 100% fresh Peruvian Hass avocado as the base ingredient, the two new products come in a practical 300-g format (two 150-g pouches), ensuring avocado at optimal ripeness, ready to consume in just minutes, with no waste.

The original guacamole is designed for dipping and sharing anytime, while the frozen avocado pulp, versatile and functional, is perfect for the preparation of sauces, sandwiches, wraps, and salads.

Based in Peru, Global Food Link is an international company specialised in IQF avocado, guacamole, and avocado pulp. This new launch taps into Spain’s avocado boom – now found in nearly 80% of households – and meets the growing demand for natural, versatile foods that don’t sacrifice quality or flavour.
