The artichoke jam with black truffle is a limited-edition gourmet product, created exclusively for the Benicarló Artichoke Fair. Its delicate vegetable flavour is balanced by the natural sweetness and aromatic intensity of black truffle, making it an ideal accompaniment for cured and blue cheeses, pâtés, foie gras, pork and poultry, or simply spread on toast.
Meanwhile, the black truffle vodka is an intense, elegant, and aromatic premium spirit resulting from the fusion of pure grain alcohol and macerated truffle.
