The Italian brand da Berendi is attending Alimentaria with its premium range of fruit products grown naturally, without pesticides, and produced traditionally, without additives. The collection includes: cold-pressed apple, grape and pomegranate juices; sugar-free strawberry and apricot jams; naturally dried fruits (strawberries, apricots, apples, blackberries and tomatoes); and stone-ground ancient wheat flour and artisan breadsticks.
All products are grown in the Karaman region of Turkish Anatolia, and da Berendi controls the entire process, from the field to packaging, to ensure traceability, pesticide-free cultivation and traditional processing methods, without additives, preservatives or refined sugar.
The fruit is harvested at its peak and processed on the same day to preserve its natural aroma, nutrients and authentic flavour. Limited production, transparent sourcing and sustainable packaging are in line with the brand’s philosophy, which specialises in the HORECA channel, gourmet retailers and distributors looking for high-quality, clean-label ingredients.
