This is the patented innovation that FONT-SANS is rolling out at Alimentaria: its Royal Gold Edition gourmet longaniza, the first edible 24-carat gold-coated sausage, with which it celebrates more than a century of naturally cured artisan products produced in the Pyrenees.
For its exclusive Royal Gold Edition experience, FONT-SANS chose a select country-style longaniza, with either black truffle or Périgord foie gras, coated in 24-carat gold, a first in Spain.
The family-owned company, specialising in premium sausages, uses only the highest quality fresh meat, sourced from local suppliers and blended with carefully selected spices. The result is a product with a distinctive flavour, aroma, and texture, carefully crafted by hand to deliver a gourmet experience.
