People with coeliac disease or gluten or lactose intolerance can now enjoy panettone thanks to “Il Pane di Anna,” Molino Rivetti’s brand specializing in gluten-free bakery products. The company introduces its latest creation at Alimentaria in two varieties: classic and chocolate.
This festive dessert is made in Italy in facilities dedicated exclusively to gluten-free production, certified under IFS and BRC standards. It combines traditional Italian craftsmanship with modern technology to achieve a soft texture, balanced sweetness, and easy slicing.
Its carefully developed formulation and controlled production process ensure food safety for consumers with gluten or lactose intolerance, while preserving the aroma and structure expected of a traditional Italian panettone.
It is available in a range of formats and sizes, including 250 g and 500 g, suitable for retail, foodservice, and international distribution, backed by Molino Rivetti’s extensive expertise in the gluten-free bakery sector.
