Grizo & Prásino is launching its ready-to-drink, sugar-free cold infusions, made from organic herbs, flowers and fruits grown in Greece using regenerative farming practices. They offer a natural alternative to soft drinks, with no sweeteners or caffeine.
The herbs are harvested by hand, selecting only the best parts of each plant and ensuring they are sorted quickly to preserve their freshness. The process continues with hand-picking, which avoids any mechanical stress and thus keeps the herbs’ natural properties intact.
The infusions are available in three different flavours, blending mint, sage, hibiscus or lemon verbena with Mediterranean fruits, resulting in an authentic, refreshing and natural flavour profile.
For preservation, a hot-filling process is used which, together with pH reduction using citric acid, eliminates the need for subsequent pasteurisation.
