Receta Original 1890 is the new range of Iberian salchichón and acorn-fed Iberian salchichón from Ibéricos La Unión 1890, the Andalusian family business which, with over four generations of experience, is presenting its new product range at Alimentaria. The range revives traditional flavours using the original 1890 recipe as a tribute to this historical legacy.

As part of its commitment to innovation and adapting to new consumer habits, Ibéricos La Unión 1890 is also introducing new 100-gram sliced formats, ideal for convenient consumption without compromising on quality. Among these products, the sliced pork loin and the sliced Andalusian Iberian salchichón stand out.

Furthermore, the brand continues to expand its range of Iberian products in self-service formats, specially designed for supermarkets, gourmet shops, local shops and vending machines. This range is available in fixed-price and fixed-weight formats, optimised for shelf display, with weights ranging from 250 to 330 grams depending on the product.
