Juanito Baker presents its new butter roll, a French brioche reimagined for modern cuisine, which forms part of the Juanito Collection – the range of breads developed in collaboration with chef Dani Carnero, holder of one Michelin star and two Repsol suns. The range combines baking tradition with a gastronomic vision to create breads designed specifically for professional kitchens.
The butter roll combines a soft, elastic and resilient crumb with a distinct flavour of toasted butter, the result of a meticulous process and a fermentation method that respects the baker’s craft.
Its structure allows it to be easily worked with in the kitchen without losing its shape or texture, whilst maintaining a light, spongy bite. Rustic on the outside, malleable on the inside, it is a versatile bread designed for sandwiches, burgers or creative culinary creations.
