Crisol has launched its new Majorcan sobrasada tub, featuring pre-cured sobrasada, a 100% natural, additive-free formulation, and packaging with a reduced carbon footprint.
The production process, which involves pre-curing sobrasada in casings before packaging it, preserves all the flavour, texture, and authenticity of the traditional method. This also results in a product aligned with the Clean Label concept: 100% natural ingredients, no additives, and a traditional recipe based on lean pork, bacon, paprika, and salt.
The sobrasada undergoes traditional curing before being packaged, ensuring the product’s fullest sensory expression.
In addition, the new packaging format represents a significant improvement in sustainability by reducing plastic use, incorporating a higher percentage of recycled material, and showcasing a more efficient and responsible approach.
