Molino Pasini presents its new range of mixes developed specifically for gnocchi production by cold kneading: C-Catering, Tecnomacchina, and Long-Acting. Suitable for both handmade and industrial production, thanks to the superior quality and optimal dosage of their ingredients, the mixes deliver gnocchi defined by their perfect firmness and elasticity.

The C-Catering mix is specially designed for automatic or semi-automatic production of artisan-quality gnocchi, with all the quality that characterises the products bearing the Italian brand’s seal.

The Tecnomacchina mix is ideal for industrial production. Perfect for fully automatic preparation by cold kneading, the resulting egg- and milk-free gnocchi remain firm and elastic even after handling.

Finally, the Long-Acting mix guarantees a shelf life of up to 40 days and is ideal for industrial production. With a formula designed for fully automatic preparation, the result is delicious, firm, and elastic gnocchi without milk or eggs.
