    Vicky Foods is celebrating Dulcesol’s 50th anniversary with new filled muffins and is launching new bakery and healthy eating products from Hermanos Juan and Be Plus.

    Half a century of sweetening life

    Dulcesol is celebrating its 50th anniversary at Alimentaria with new muffins filled with triple chocolate, chocolate with chocolate chips and dulce de leche, as well as two additional flavours for its Sabera sponge cake – hazelnut and cocoa – and the new carrot cake. Dulcesol is one of the iconic brands that Vicky Foods is bringing to the Barcelona event, alongside Hermanos Juan, which specialises in artisan-style pastries and bread for the hospitality and food retail sectors, and Be Plus, which focuses on healthy and convenience foods.

    Other new products from Dulcesol include the double-cut burger bun, unique on the market for its two layers and specially designed for making gourmet burgers at home; the brioche hot dog, a soft and fluffy bun with a slightly sweet touch; the pretzel burger, inspired by traditional German techniques, with a slightly crispy crust and a very fluffy interior; a new variety of its ‘sottile’, a thin sandwich bread, now with a brioche recipe; and protein tortillas, which expand the range of protein products.

    As for Hermanos Juan, it has added three new options to its range of filled doughnuts: hazelnut, caramel and Pinky; and has introduced pistachio, crunchy and condensed milk as new flavours for its classic croissants. The brand’s main innovation in bakery products is its pinsas, made from light, fluffy dough with a crispy base after baking. They are available in three varieties with ingredient combinations such as chicken, mushrooms and tomato, aimed specifically at the HORECA sector.

    Finally, among the new products presented by Be Plus, highlights include the new children’s pouches under Disney licence, available in six fruit flavours; vanilla and cocoa custard in pouch format; functional pouches for children to support the immune and digestive systems or growth and cognitive development; and “SuperBreakfast”, a fruit mix for adults, designed as a complete breakfast.

    The children’s range also includes a selection of ready-made dishes in bowls: lentils with vegetables and beef, and pasta Bolognese, made without preservatives or added salt and using virgin olive oil. The range is completed by the new mango and yoghurt duo pots, and lentils in glass jars.
