The MORDI & GODI Pão de Queijo cheesy puffs arrive at Alimentaria boasting Flavour of the Year and Top Innovation 2026 awards, particularly significant recognitions, as both stem from consumer evaluations through blind tastings. The award, which recognises products based on objective criteria such as taste, texture, appearance, aroma and innovation, has become one of the most reliable products in the food sector for points of sale.

MORDI & GODI Pão de Queijo snack taps into several established trends in the Spanish and European markets: the air fryer’s rise as a favourite cooking method, the growing demand for hot, shareable snacks, and consumers’ desire for authentic products that fit seamlessly into everyday life.

Crafted with cassava flour and Italian cheese, these cheesy puffs feature a crispy outside and fluffy inside, are naturally gluten-free, and adapted to European palates. In Flavour of the Year testing, it scored above 8.5 overall, earned an ‘Excellent’ rating for general experience, an 8.95 in innovation, and an 80% for purchase intent.
