Señoríos de Relleu and Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada have joined forces to launch an exclusive first-day-harvest extra virgin olive oil. Made from varieties native to the Valencian Community and Andalusia, it comes in an aluminium bottle and a cardboard case customised by the renowned designer.
First-day-harvest oil is the season’s freshest, fruitiest, spiciest and most bitter ‘olive juice’. It is also the richest in nutrients and antioxidants, and retains its organoleptic characteristics the longest, which is why it is the healthiest and the most prized in culinary circles.
This is a limited, high-quality production made from the Genovesa, Changlot Real, Manzanilla Vilallonga, Alfafara, and Picual olive varieties. Reflecting the product’s quality, Señoríos de Relleu bottles it in a 500-ml aluminium container with a magenta and silver sleeve label custom-designed by Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada. It is presented in a screen-printed kraft cardboard case, complete with a thank-you note from the designer herself.
