    Biography

    Alfredo Gª-Plata is a marketing professional with more than 25 years of experience in the food, health, and communications sectors. He served as Mayor of Torrelodones (2019–2023), where he promoted strategic projects such as Torrelodones Ciudad Activa and the innovative Smart Food City model, integrating gastronomy, health, and urban development. He is currently Head of Institutional Relations and Client Services at Aplus Gastromarketing.
