    Biography

    Àngel Pérez is an entrepreneur and commercial director of the gastronomic group El Pòsit, a family business founded in 1973 in Cambrils. He represents the second generation of a project that today includes several restaurants and more than 160 employees. His work promotes a model based on people, product and planet, committed to local products, sustainability and innovation through the application of technology in restaurant management. He also promotes the Apropposit wine project together with small local wineries
