    Elena Boned de la Guardia is the Director of Innovation, Digitalization and New Concepts at Serunion. She leads AI‑driven initiatives that integrate artificial intelligence, automation and customer experience to transform the food services industry. With a degree in Economics, a PDD from IESE and an MBA from ESADE, she combines strategic vision and creativity to develop disruptive, data‑powered solutions that redefine gastronomic interaction across both B2C and B2B environments.
