    Born in Barcelona, 43 years old. A lover of gastronomy since childhood. Six years ago, I decided to create La Bikineria, highlighting something as simple as the bikini (ham and cheese sandwich), elevating it through quality and creativity. I currently manage this project, which has grown and evolved in ways I never could have imagined.
