    Biography

    After years of being concerned about my children’s proper diet and nutrition, I decided to start making my own bread… one thing led to another, and I ended up growing until I founded a successful bakery with three locations in Mexico. After some time, I left everything behind to come to Europe and continue my journey of personal and professional growth in Spain, founding BRÖD Madrid.
