Biography
Segundo López Vázquez is the Vice President of Food and Beverage (F&B) for Europe and America at Minor Hotels, leading the strategy, innovation, and profitability of the culinary offerings at more than 350 properties. With extensive experience in the hospitality sector and training in Operations and Innovation at ESADE, he manages the group's multi-brand vision. He played a key role at NH Hotel Group, serving as Director of F&B for Southern Europe and the US (180 hotels) as well as Regional Director of Operations in Portugal.
