Sergi Freixes Castrelo

Biography

A researcher and designer specializing in food culture, he currently runs his agency, Estudio Freixes Pla, where he creates projects for the agri-food industry and the restaurant sector. He is also a program leader and professor of Food at IED Barcelona. In addition, he curates and writes exhibitions and publications related to history, design, and gastronomy.
