Associate Professor at the CETT-UB Campus of Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy. Expert in cooking, gastronomy and culinary trends. Culinary technician, graduate in Tourism, and holder of a Master’s degree in Innovation in the Management of Culinary and Gastronomic Heritage in Tourism. Director of the Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary and Gastronomic Sciences, teaching at both the University of Barcelona Food Campus and the CETT-UB Campus. Academic Coordinator, representing CETT-UB, of the Interuniversity Bachelor’s Degree (UB-UVic) in Design for Food Systems, in collaboration with ELISAVA and CETT.
