Trezesferas’ rosé vermouth, salmorejo and green olive spherifications offer a burst of flavour for cocktails and tasting menus.
Distinctive flavours in spherical form
Trezesferas presents its innovative spherifications of rosé vermouth, salmorejo and green olives – a sophisticated offering perfect for topping cocktails, serving as a garnish or enjoying by the spoonful.
Trezesferas rosé vermouth comes in jars of 35 or 13 spheres, each 25 mm in diameter, encapsulating a liquid core of premium rosé vermouth. They are produced using the reverse spherification technique, with the aim of offering a unique sensory experience: a thin, almost imperceptible membrane that bursts on the palate, releasing herbaceous, floral and citrus notes. They are ideal for topping cocktails or serving on a tasting spoon.
With a diameter of 22 mm, the salmorejo spherifications contain a liquid centre of traditional salmorejo. Made using reverse spherification, they concentrate the flavour of ripe tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and garlic into a technical and sophisticated bite. For individual tasting on a spoon or as a garnish, when bitten into, their thin alginate membrane bursts gently, releasing a silky, fluid texture.
Green olive spheres are presented in a jar containing 25 units, each 20 mm in diameter. Also produced using the reverse spherification technique, biting into the thin outer membrane releases an explosion of intense, salty and herbaceous flavour, with the silky texture of the traditional dressing. Their size is ideal for tasting spoons, as an accompaniment to cocktails and as a surprise element in avant-garde dishes.
