Cárnicas Muñoz Sánchez, with its Tendilla brand, has once again raised the bar with the launch of its lime and chili flavoured torrezno, a tasty and balanced pairing combining the spiciness of chili, the freshness of lime, and the traditional, authentic flavour of crispy pork rind — the perfect calling card for the new image of the leading brand in torreznos and pork cracklings for both end consumers and the hospitality sector.

From its facilities in Tendilla (Guadalajara), Cárnicas Muñoz Sánchez has been fine-tuning its technology and selection of raw materials for more than 30 years to offer the highest-quality products. Its combination of traditional techniques with modern production processes ensures that it preserves authentic flavour, guarantees food safety, and innovates with pioneering features like the use of heat-sealed packaging in different formats.

Tendilla comes to Alimentaria with an expanded catalogue of torreznos and pork products, organised into a series of ranges: ‘The Classics’; ‘Authentic Flavours’, which includes barbecue, its new chili-lime; spicy; and Iberian ham; Gourmet and Premium selections; ‘Snacks’, with ham rolls, rings, rinds and strips; ‘Our Fresh Range’, featuring smoked and fresh pancetta, along with raw and pre-cooked pork rinds; and even Panco pork rind flour, a flavourful alternative for breading, which is bread-free and gluten-free.
