    Torrons Vicens and Albert Adrià present Aire turrón, a reinterpretation of traditional turrón with an extremely light and airy texture thanks to the air-injection technique that the renowned chef applies to his haute cuisine creations.

    In this way, the Agramunt (Lleida)-based firm consolidates its commitment to nougat innovation with a groundbreaking sensory experience that combines artisan tradition with the most sophisticated avant-garde.

    The ethereal texture of Aire nougat melts gently in the mouth, with elegant aromas and distinct flavours. It comes in three varieties: bitter almond, a gourmet offering that retains the essence of the traditional flavour with a light, airy texture; cocoa and hazelnut, which offers a balance between depth and smoothness; and Aire pistachio nougat, which stands out for the intense flavour of the selected pistachios.

    It is sold in a 200-gram box, reinforcing the idea of an exclusive product.
