At Alimentaria, Trops presents its most innovative recipe: tropical guacamole, which combines the creaminess of Hass avocado and the citrus sweetness of mango. As the main European producer of both fruits, the Andalusian brand, bringing together more than 3,000 farmers, launches a premium product fit for the most demanding palates, one that dazzles consumers with its harmonious blend of an all-natural, chunky texture and refreshing flavour.

Trops is the first transnational organisation of Andalusian producers, specialised in the growing and marketing of avocado and mango since 1979, when it was founded in Vélez-Málaga. Focused on ensuring fair marketing of the finest avocados and mangoes for both its member growers and consumers, it follows environmentally responsible practices and pursues R&D&I projects in tropical agriculture that result in enticing creations like its tropical guacamole.
