    Vibrant, masterful, refined, exclusive: these are some of the adjectives Pons uses to define its new JAN i ROC oil, a premium product that blends extra virgin olive oil with three different varieties: Arbequina, Koroneiki and Lecciana from Pons’ own estates.

    To produce this oil, early harvest olives are cold-pressed using a precision extraction process that preserves the organoleptic properties and maximises the retention of phenolic compounds. The result is an extra virgin oil high in polyphenols, with fresh green notes, tender almond, herbal depth and a clean, refined and slightly spicy finish.

    Shaped by four generations of olive oil expertise, it is designed to offer consistent performance in the kitchen. Best use, according to the brand? Raw vegetables, salads, grilled fish, white meat and to finish dishes.
