    Biography

    Elvira Durand is the Founder and CEO of Think Bravely and Le Coq Group, a chain specialized in grilled meats and rotisserie chicken. With extensive experience in organized restaurant operations, she previously served as General Director of Operations and Marketing at Comess Group, managing more than 300 locations. She holds degrees in Law and Economics, an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, and a PADE from IESE. She develops scalable, efficient, and brand-driven restaurant concepts focused on profitability.
